General Information
From Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, you can take the Intercity direct which leaves every 15 min to Rotterdam City Center and from there the hotel is about a 5-minute walk.
Participants are requested to check with their local Hungarian Consulate/Embassy well in advance of their travel date. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa as necessary.
An official invitation letter designed to assist with obtaining an entry visa can be obtained upon request.
The visa invitation letter will be provided only to registered and paid delegates.
In order to request the letter, registered and paid delegates should send an email to [email protected] including Full Name (as in passport), Nationality, Passport number, Date of Birth and Address.
